A Summer Evening to Slow Down and Soften
There is a kind of sweetness that becomes easier to notice when we slow down.
Finding the Sweetness: Gentle Yoga Therapy & Sound Healing invites you into a quiet summer evening of gentle movement, breath, calming aromatherapy, ceremonial peach tea, and deeply restful sound healing. This workshop is designed as a soft place to land if you’ve been feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, or simply in need of quiet. Through gentle yoga therapy, restorative rest, and sound healing, you’ll be invited to release tension and leave feeling restored, refreshed, and more at ease.
During this 90-minute workshop, Kylie will guide you through gentle yoga therapy practices that support relaxation, body awareness, and nervous system balance. Through slow, mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative postures, you’ll be invited to unwind areas of holding in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and heart.
Peach tea will be offered as part of the evening experience, creating a small ritual of warmth, sweetness, and seasonal connection. Calming aromatherapy will be woven throughout the practice to support the senses and invite the body into deeper ease.
The evening will conclude with a soothing sound healing journey, using gentle instruments and guided relaxation to help the body settle, the breath soften, and the mind grow quiet.
This workshop is a beautiful way to pause in the middle of summer and remember that sweetness does not need to be rushed. Sometimes it is found in a breath, a sip of tea, a softened shoulder, or a quiet moment shared in community.
