Kylie Grogan
E-RYT 500, B.S., RY II, CPT
Kylie Grogan is a compassionate and experienced yoga teacher committed to helping people reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and rediscover a sense of inner balance. She specializes in gentle, therapeutic yoga for all bodies and ability levels, creating a deeply supportive space where students can move with ease and breathe with intention.
With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Kylie blends modern movement science with the ancient wisdom of yoga. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Movement Science, a 200-hour certification in the Iyengar lineage, and a 500-hour yoga certification in the tradition of T.K.V. Desikachar. She is currently completing her advanced training to become a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist through Surya Chandra Healing Yoga School. Kylie is also a trained Reiki practitioner, bringing an intuitive, energetic dimension to her teaching.
Kylie’s approach to yoga is shaped by her own healing journey. After living with chronic pain and a diagnosis of severe fibromyalgia, she turned to yoga, breathwork, and self-study as pathways to feel whole again. Through this experience, she developed a grounded, nurturing personal practice that informs the way she supports others—especially those seeking yoga for chronic pain, stress relief, or emotional wellbeing.
In her classes, Kylie offers gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and guided relaxation, helping students feel calm, connected, and empowered. She guides with compassion and clarity, honoring the unique needs of each individual. Her warm energy and soothing voice create a space that feels like a deep exhale—a return home to self.
Kylie believes that yoga is for everyone and is honored to support students on their own path to healing and wholeness.
