Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, and gentle drum sounds as they move through and around you—melting tension, quieting the mind, and replenishing your energy. This peaceful evening begins with gentle movement to release the stress of the day, followed by an extended relaxation in a seated or lying-down position.

We’ll provide everything you need—mats, bolsters, blankets, and chairs—so you can simply settle in and let the sound waves do their work.
