The signs of aging are honorable gifts. They're wake up calls to the choices we make regarding our quality of life. If you want to feel good and live well then come join us! 

Through slow flowing Hatha yoga, this class incorporates static, dynamic, and restorative poses focused on flexibility, agility, balance and strength. Breathwork and mind body techniques are also included to calm the effects of stress on your physical and emotional health and quiet your mind.

This class will help with injury prevention, improving joint motion, changes in balance, the gradual loss of muscle, and spine health. 

This class is appropriate for anyone who’s looking to take their yoga with them through many years ahead. Let’s embrace the art of aging with grace and wisdom. Beginners welcome!
