Memorial Day offers a moment to remember those who came before us — the lives, sacrifices, love, courage, and quiet strength that continue to shape the world we live in.
At Yoga Among Friends, we gather in the spirit of yoga: with humility, presence, and an open heart. This special Memorial Day yoga class will include mindful movement, breath, and reflection to honor remembrance through the body, mind, and spirit.
