Meet Your Teachers
Anna Albrecht
Mother of two, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-certified Pelvic Health Specialist. Passionate educator and facilitator of body awareness and joyful movement for all ages, genders, shapes and sizes. "Motion is the medicine!"
Amy Hallenbeck
Wife and mother of three, Amy is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and Reiki Level 2 practitioner. Through her own healing journey, she discovered a deep calling to hold space for others—to support healing, growth, and the quiet return home to oneself.
