Yoga for Better Sleep is a gentle, 3-class series that blends calming yoga with easy-to-use mental health tools and education to help you slow down, breathe more deeply, and settle into more peaceful sleep. Each class offers a compassionate space to release the day and reconnect with your natural rhythm of rest.


What to Expect

Led by Sumiaya Caughey, a licensed mental health therapist and yoga instructor, this series weaves together soothing movement, breathwork, guided relaxation, and practical mental health tools designed to support your nervous system and improve sleep quality.

Each week, you’ll explore:

  • Gentle, grounding yoga movements to release tension

  • Breath practices that calm the mind and body

  • Guided relaxation to support deeper rest

  • Simple, down-to-earth mental health tools you can use off the mat and into your evenings

The practices are approachable, nourishing, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
