If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re the only one dealing with bladder leaks, bowel changes, pelvic discomfort, or shifts in sexual function — you’re not. These concerns affect people of all ages, especially during menopause, andropause, postpartum recovery, and times of stress. But most of us aren’t taught how the pelvic floor actually works…or how to support it.
Join Anna Albrecht, DPT, Board Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, for a warm, light-hearted, and deeply informative workshop that takes the embarrassment out of pelvic health. You’ll learn what’s normal, what’s common, and what’s treatable—along with practical tools you can start using right away.
Anna blends her expertise as a pelvic health PT, respiratory therapist, Stott Pilates instructor, and yoga teacher to meet every participant where they are. Expect a mix of gentle movement, breathwork, myofascial release education, and open conversation.
In this workshop, you’ll walk away with:
A clear understanding of pelvic anatomy and how it influences bladder, bowel, and sexual health
Simple breathing + movement techniques to improve comfort, confidence, and function
Strategies for managing menopause-, andropause-, or postpartum-related changes
Daily self-care practices that truly support long-term pelvic well-being
The freedom to ask questions you’ve always wanted answered — in a supportive, judgment-free space
Bring your curiosity and your sense of humor. It’s time to talk openly and learn how pelvic health can transform your quality of life.
