Led by experienced prenatal yoga teacher and nurse, Therese Carlson, who specializes in prenatal care, our classes blend gentle yoga poses, mindful breathing techniques, and guided relaxation to promote physical comfort, emotional balance, and spiritual serenity throughout your pregnancy journey.

About Kaitlyn Alhabshi, RYT 500

Kaitlyn is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 Yoga Teacher with a deep commitment to fostering balance and radiance in the body, mind, and spirit. With a special passion for chanting, Kaitlyn incorporates this sacred practice alongside asana, pranayama, and meditation in her teachings. Guided by her primary teacher, Tricia Fiske, Kaitlyn embraces the Tantric system, bringing a holistic approach to her classes. She is trained in Primary Series Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, and holds certifications in Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga.

This July and August, Kaitlyn will be stepping in for Therese Carlson, offering a nurturing and vibrant space for expectant mothers, and she looks forward to supporting you on your yoga journey! Therese Carlson will return in September.
