Are you a mom-to-be in your 2nd or 3rd trimester? Come pamper yourself and your unborn baby. This afternoon will leave you feeling restored and renewed.

Reiki and Vibrational Sound Therapy are proven methods of stimulating the body's parasympathetic nervous system, triggering the Relaxation Response: "a physical state of deep rest that changes the physical and emotional responses to stress," according to Dr. Herbert Benson.

As you rest in seated or reclined restorative yoga postures fully supported by props, the soothing sounds of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls and healing energy of Reiki will help you tune in to your natural state of well-being. During this prenatal workshop you will:

• Center yourself with visualization and breathwork

• Create your own personalized birth intention or mantra

• Release tension in all of your koshas

• Access your inner wisdom

• Learn how to quickly and easily reset your nervous system to trigger the Relaxation Response

Kim Teodori (MA, 200 CYT Prairie Yoga) is a Relax and Renew® certified restorative yoga teacher trained by Judith Hanson Lasater and a Quantum Alchemy Crystal Bowl Practitioner trained by Yantara Jiro of Sound Universe International in London, England.

Kim Hamilton (CD, RMP) is a certified doula as well as Reiki Master in the Usui lineage. She has been working with families in the childbearing years for nearly twenty years to help them tap into their innate inner wisdom.
