$155 for series —or $32/class drop-in for 2 children plus parent*.

Registration recommended but drop-ins are welcome at $16 per child.

Mommy and Me yoga class is for a parent and child ages 2.5-6 years. Classes include fun partner poses, games, music, dance and visual projects. Breathing exercises and mindfulness will be introduced to help you and your child feel calm and energized. Enjoy some quality time with your child, and meet other parents in this fun interactive class. All levels of yoga experience are welcome. 

*Any adult family member can attend with their child (mom, dad, grandparent etc)

New Student Information & Waiver

If you and/or your child(ren) are new to Yoga Among Friends, please read our Liabilty Release Policy and complete the online waiver for each participant that you are enrolling (1 form for you and separate form for each child). All our customers, including children, are required to complete this form prior to attending any of our drop-in classes, workshops, or any other program offerings. Note: you only need to fill out the waiver form once while you are a student of Yoga Among Friends.

1 child plus parent for 6 week session: $75  ($3 discount)
2 children plus parent for 6 week session: $150  ($5 discount)
