The seasons represent our connection to mother earth & nature.  Connecting with these natural rhythms allows us to nurture ourselves.  As we honor the changing seasons take the time to honor the change in yourself at these unique times.  Bring balance to your body systems as you rest your organs, strengthen your limbs, and lengthen your spine.

This restorative yoga practice includes passive yoga poses with long holds supported by the props given to us by B.K.S. Iyengar.  This type of yoga positively affects the parasympathetic nervous system to deeply quiet the mind.
