Join Marina an be guided into deep relaxation and awareness. Yoga Nidra or ñyogic sleepî is a guided meditation practice that is easy and accessible for even the busiest of people. It requires nothing of its participants but to lay (or sit) down, listen, and not try too hard.  In this practice, the student is systematically guided through each layer of being including the physical, energetic, mental, and emotional layers, making this practice a comprehensive recharge.  Often considered the most accessible form of meditation, it can be practiced at any point during the day and there is no way to practice incorrectly.  Yoga Nidra induces the relaxation response or the parasympathetic nervous system, so that even a few minutes of this practice solicit healing in the body.  Moreover, it has been touted that just 20 minutes of this practice can feel like a 4-hour nap.
