Celebrate the new year and Joyce’s 80th birthday! That’s right Joyce turns eighty on New Years Day! Take time to consider what would be helpful to your life in the coming year, make a commitment to your practice and clarify your intentions for the coming year. 

Join Joyce for a vinyasa flow class to help unbind and let go of what no longer serves you while considering how to meet the future with ease, relaxation and joy. All levels welcome.

To register for the In Studio class, click this New Year Birthday Yoga —Studio link. You will receive a confirmation email that include the COVID safety policies. Please read these before class. You will also receive reminder emails 24 hours and 2 hours before class.

Registration opens Tuesday, December 29. Registration closes 1 hour before class start time.
