This progressive introductory course is designed for students new to yoga (or those who need a stronger foundation) to explore the basics, develop strength, balance, and flexibility and experience the peace of mind yoga promises. In this class we will cover:

  • the fundamental poses
  • diaphragmatic breathing
  • grounding
  • alignment
  • meditation
  • the energy body
  • the rich history and tradition of yoga

People of every fitness level, from the tri-athlete to the sedentary individual can participate in this course in a safe, fun and caring environment.
