Not sure which class to choose first?

Beginner’s Yoga, Fundamentals of Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Yoga for Stress and Anxiety are especially good first classes.

If you feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor, many of our all-level classes may also be a good fit.

Vinyasa Flow and Grounded Power Flow are more vigorous practices.
