At Yoga Among Friends in
Downers Grove, we teach hatha yoga in a relaxed and open environment.
Here, the floor is wood, the ceilings high, and the light is full and
soft. Here, we do yoga in candle light in the dark. Here is where
potlucks and fundraisers are given and friendships form. Here is
community. Here is yoga - among friends - in a space that welcomes all
at whatever stage of the journey. Yoga Among Friends is a
yoga-dedicated center where we encourage you to be yourself and know
