This 6 week small group class is for yoga students with Scoliosis. Through yoga asana and pranayama, learn to: build awareness of your body, breathe fully, address pain, elongate and de-rotate the spine, strengthen muscles, re-align the posture via counter pose, defy gravity, and begin a personal practice.
Class size limited to 6 students. Pre-registration and prepayment is required.
