Yoga for anxiety is a unique class designed to help you quiet your mind through simple postures, breathing exercises, visual imagery, and healing meditations. If you are new to Yoga Among Friends, please complete our New Student information & Liability Release form. All our customers are required to complete this form prior to attending any of our drop-in classes, workshops, or any other program offerings. Note: you only need to fill out the waiver form once.

Yoga Among Friends makes it easy to pay. Pay with credit cards, debit cards, or your checking account or use your Paypal account. Select the session and click BUY NOW. You will be taken to the PayPal website to process your payment. A PayPal account is NOT required in order to complete the online payment process.
Mail-in or Drop-off Payment $100
Mail your check of $100 ($4 discount) payable to Yoga Among Friends to: 4949 Forest Ave, Downers grove, IL 60515. YAF only accepts cash and checks at the studio.
