Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep" systematically induces complete mental, physical and emotional relaxation. The practice of Yoga Nidra has been found to reduce tension, anxiety, headaches, and restlessness and increase mental clarity, focus, and calm.  It releases stress in the bodies and prepares our minds to develop and nurture positive affirmations and healing.
