SUMMER CAMP STARTS JUNE 2! Click for more information.
Designed for students with or without previous yoga experience, this class helps promote self-esteem, cultivate self-discipline, and maintain physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This class focuses on strengthening, toning and relaxation providing teenagers with an alternative way to redirect their energy. Stretching reduces growing pains, and adolescents feel more comfortable within their own skin. It is a healthy, loving, and challenging way to experiment, play, push boundaries, and gain a sense of achievement.
Soraya Pourtabib desires that adolescents today seek their Truth by referring to their own intuitive voice. Through the practice of Yoga and meditation, teenagers and pre teens alike can glide smoothly through these often chaotic years by referring within for their Truth instead of outside of them as in peers, magazines, television, MTV, etc. If only she knew yoga when she was growing up, a lot of confusion and headaches could of been avoided. Yoga cultivates self referral and in this the confidence to make decisions that benefit the well being of all.
Come and experience how easy it can be to feel beautiful and confident. It all comes back to your breath. Come play. Life is too blessed to be stressed. Live, love and laugh.
*Note: You register for this 10 class series at a $100. Or you can drop-in at anytime. To register, please call the studio at 630.960.5488.
