Yoga Nidra Meditation Yoga
Nidra is a tool we take into the world to help us navigate the
onslaught of daily life. It is taught as a guided meditation that we
mold into a personal practice. Physically and energetically, it
produces deep relaxation. Mentally and emotionally, it helps us
recognize and release uncomfortable habitual patterns. Spiritually, it
is a guide to answering the big questions like “Who am I?” Ultimately
Yoga Nidra offers us an unshakeable peace that remains even in the most
difficult times of physical pain, interpersonal conflict and current
events.
